Hi, I've had no internet access using 4G cellular data since March 9th. I need internet access via data to clock in at my workplace. There is no data block on my account, and my mother's phone is able to access the internet just fine via mobile data. I can send texts and use normal Wifi as well.
I've tried:
-restarting phone
-shutting down and turning phone back on
-2 "network updates" by tech support
-removing and putting SIM card back in
Should I just physically go into a Rogers store at this point and beg for help?

Ok never mind, tech support was able to help me the third time I contacted them. This guy deserves a bonus
