Former Shaw accounts - Plan states Shaw 27g BYOD and has Can + US unlimited calling, texting & "access your data from Canada & US" which leads me to believe data can be used in Canada + US for no additional charge. Is that correct?? Will we be charged any roaming fees? I also sent a message to communityhelps with account # details.
Hi, if your plan states “you can access data in CAN & US”, that means roaming is covered in your plan and there won’t be any extra charges when you use the service in US.
