What happens when you try to log into your MyRogers profile? Do you get an error message? Have you tried to clear the cookies and cache and relaunch the browser to try and sign in?
Your Community Forums log in info is the same as your MyRogers profile, it's odd that you cannot access your profile even though you're already logged in. When was the last time you could view your bills via the browser? May I suggest trying to access MyRogers via an app.
