Greetings all,
Been playing around. Installed the igniteTV app on a few devices. Do not have a problem on newer phones/devices. Still works on a S10 but it chokes on Nexus 6. The Nexus 6 is not that old. Still plays video from youtube and ctvnews. And it was fairly recent that this Nexus 6 was used for Whatsapp and Zoom and it was fine. Trying to do a little troubleshooting. What codec does the igniteTV app uses, is it a bandwidth hog?
Regards

Hi @myusername100,
Thank you for creating this topic of inquiry; we do hope that you will be able to get all the answers that you need. What specific issues are you having with the app on the Nexus device? Are you having any playback or viewing issues while using the app? What OS do you have on the Nexus 6?
If you are able to provide us with some more details, we would be able to assist you.
Regards,
RogersJermaine

I don't recall the exact version but it was Android 7.XX
The app installed fine so I am lead to believe it is compatible. My hunch right now the old Nexus 6 CPU doesn't have enough horse power, which I am inquiring about what codec the app uses. Thanks
Thanks
