Hello everyone, I have 5G home Internet from ROGERS and every time I open my MyRogers application On my iPhone to check how much data I used I can’t and I see that the usage details not available so anyone can help or had the same problem before and fixed it. Thank you so much.

Typically you can view your usage online at any time by logging into MyRogers on rogers.com or by using your MyRogers app.
Are you able to view the usage via the browser? Did you make any price plan changes to the service recently?

thank you so much for the answer .... when i loggin MYROGERS i cant see the usage detels .. i called the technical support and they told me that because i changed my plan i will not be able to see the usage detels till the next billing cicle ... iam waiting and i will kepp you updated ... thank you so much for answering me and have a good day
