Every time I want to make changes to my tv package, I get a message that states "Sorry, we are unable to load the data". It doesn't matter if I click add channels or change bonus channel. I have tried chrome, edge and firefox. Tried it from my phone and I have the same issue.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

You've come to the right place :). Is this a new MyRogers profile? Do you run into errors strictly while making package changes or do you encounters issues making payments or using anything other features too? If this isn't a new profile, can you please confirm when was the last time you were able to make changes without issues via MyRogers?
I wasn't able to replicate the same on my end, can you please confirm if you've already tried deleting the cache and cookies for the browsers?
Just need a little bit more info to assist you further.
