I tried to sign in to Rogers Smart Home while on vacation outside of Canada. I received a message, "Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access transmit.security". A Cloudflare Ray ID was provided at the end of the message. Since I have VPN on my android phone, I tried different locations, Toronto, Miami and Los Angeles, none of them worked. Eventually, I switched to Washington DC and I was allowed to sign in to Smart Home and My Rogers. By the way, my physical location was Caribbean.

I can understand how this would be inconvenient. It's a good thing you had a workaround with the VPN.
In this situation, were you using Roam Like Home or were you using a foreign provider's SIM card to roam?
