Trying to set up the Ignite WiFi Gateway. Cannot log in to the app- after entering my username and password, it takes me back to the log in. There are numerous examples of this without resolution on the forums and Reddit. Here’s what I’ve done - any suggestions before I give up tomorrow and go to Bell?
1) deleted the app and reinstalled
2) successfully logged on to MyRogers and then tried to log on to Ignite Home Connect - loop persists.
3) restarted my device
4) used a second device
5) used a third device
6) reinstalled the app on each device and successfully logged on to MyRogers but then faced the infinite loop on the Ignite
7) I am not a Shaw customer
😎 I do not have a laptop with an Ethernet cable that could connect to the router itself
I find it crazy this issue exists and persists - and the app designer used a web based login yet users can’t log into a website to establish a user name and password to setup a home internet service.

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Please log into the MyRogers app, under Internet >> Equipment >> The Ignite HomeConnect app, click on Open and let us know if you're able to access the app.
@clarea0126 welcome! If you have no issues with the MyRogers login, you can also try the above steps if you have Rogers Internet and not Shaw. Appreciate the feedback about the Community survey, it's specifically related to the forums and not any other products or services.
