Unable to login to multiple TV Apps

Hi. How do I refresh permissions so my apps work? None of my AppleTV or FireTV apps work (e.g. CNN Go, Global, Sportsnet, etc.). They apps say that I do not have their service through my provider. Rogers Tech support says the issue is with all the app. Please help.
