i have not been able to change my Flex channels for 4 days , Are you guys fixing the problem , there is not option to press under manage tv that says change flex channels like there was before , . How long is this gonna take and does anyone else have this problem?

lso to add the rogers tech thati wqas speaking with tried to change his also while we where on the phone and he could not either
