The services option on my Roger’s app has been greyed out for months. Very frustrating to not be able to view my data usage. I’ve reinstalled the app and nothing?

Sadly @Michmc78 didn't come back so we weren't able to find a resolution for this particular issue but we'd be happy to help you find a solution!
Have you tried accessing your account on our website to see if there's any difference? Or have you found that it's greyed out on both?
Have you made any recent changes to your account?
