From last 2 days rogers xfinity app not functioning as before. There is only 2 tab at the bottom. Overview and Account. I cannot do parental control device management or reset modem, all those option that i did with rogers home connect app everything disappeared. Anyone having same issue? Any solution?

It would be quite helpful if you could provide us with a bit more details on the situation you encountered.
Does this happen on all your wireless devices (i.e. iOS versus Android)?
Have you gone through any troubleshooting steps since noticing the issue?
If it persists, we'll be happy to further assist you. Simply make sure to clear the app cache, download the latest version or delete/reinstall the Rogers Xfinity app, before trying again.

We are aware of the issue and are investigating the specific account that can't access the Rogers Xfinity app. It's not impacting all of the accounts.
