i have a right to , and need to archive my email messages in my own computer. i must maintain copies of client correspondence.
Rogers is blocking all attempts for me to generate and sync email and refuse to allow me to forward to another mail service.

I'm saddened to hear the issue you're facing. 😥 I know how important it is to ensure you retain important emails.
I just have a few questions for you in hopes of getting this ironed out:
Do you receive an error message when attempting to generate and sync your email?
If so, are you able to kindly send a screenshot here while ensuring you omit any of your personal and account information?
