Cannot login on Xfinity app (not Shaw version) goes into login loop where it repeatedly opens browser. Default chrome browser, no add-ons, android version is up to date. Only thing I can think of is my equipment has not been delivered, it is scheduled for Feb 1st.

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums!
If your equipment has not been installed yet then the app is not active. Once you have received your equipment and connected the modem then the app should start working.
