I use the xfinity app on my iPhone. I find myself having to sign in multiple times a day. I was watching something, had to stop for a couple of hours, and when I wanted to resume I was logged out. This happens all the time. Very frustrating!

I understand how frustrating it must be to have to sign in multiple times a day, especially when you're in the middle of watching something. It sounds like this issue is disrupting your viewing experience.
When you launch the app, it opens the default browser to complete the authentication. Once the authentication is successful, the browser should save the authentication cookie. It seems the cookie is not being saved in your case.
I assume Safari is the default browser on your device. Please review to see if "Block All Cookies" has been checked. Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Block All Cookies. Please make sure it's unchecked.

Thanks for confirming that "Block All Cookies" is unchecked. Are you running a VPN service on your device? Do you have the Norton Mobility Security suite running on those devices? This comes bundled with a VPN.

If possible, can you please try reinstalling the app from scratch and then reboot your device? Once done, please monitor it for a few days to see if the issue is resolved.
