So Rogers likes me as a customer and are giving me 10GB for FREE - just sign in and get it- I did but can’t find it among all the choices- anybody do it ?

Thanks- the text states all I have to do is go the web site and claim it-I tried that but nowhere was it shown. So I went to Chat- and gave up after the robot got confused. I’ll give them a call.Appreciate your response

Just be cautious. Is this text message coming from a shortcode number (4 or 5 digit number) or a random 416/905 phone number?
Rogers official messages will always come from a shortcode and never a random 416 or 905 number, also if there is a link in the text message be careful about opening it, always go to your account thru the official website or app never thru an unknown link

I got the same text message and also wasn't able to find this offer in my account, so I "shared a concern" via live chat (not a chatbot) and they added this data to my account in 2 mins.

I just was chatting to a live person- she says yes I qualify- went on hold for ten mins - she came back and told me she’s on hold waiting for a reply?! So I just asked her to add it when she can . P.S. on the app site they say to call :1-888-764-3771 to call them. However when you do it dials : 1-863-633. And of course that doesn’t work. They need to update the number.
