For about 3 weeks now I've been unable to log into the my rogers app. Every time I try to open the app it gives me an error that it can't retrieve account information. I've tried clearing the cache, Uninstaller and reinstalling and still no luck. Anybody have any suggestions? I'm on a S22 Ultra

Thank you for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Can you please confirm if you are able to access MyRogers successfully via the browser? Is the device on the latest OS and the app updated to the latest version? Are you able to access the app on other mobile devices?
Just need a little bit more info to assist you further.
