entered the right credentials and MyRogers pops out a message saying “Session Time Out” throughout the week.

Can you describe how you are accessing your MyRogers when you get that error? Are you using the Rogers.com website or the mobile app?

I am getting this error also, really annoying.
As soon as i login to MyRogers app, i get a Session Timeout error. I have deleted and re-installed the app on my iPhone. I can login on my computer with a web browser.
I think its dying on the 2FA password.
When i login on a web browser, it prompts me to enter a 2FA code which is sent to my phone. I don't get this 2FA prompt when i login on the iPhone, so it put up this bogus TimeOut error message.
Please fix this.
