the app won't let me log in. It continually sends me to a new captcha, even when I get all correct. I have to log on on a browser. Reading the other reviews, this is a problem for many! I have a Samsung S22+ I rebooted the phone and I also have CCleaner professional and it clears all cache. Still can't log in. I was asked by the developer to uninstall and reinstall it. I had already done that. I had Uninstaller, run CCleaner, restarted the phone, then reinstalled the app before I had made KY review comment in the Play Store. The issue persists

I am having this constant reCAPTCHA cycle problem on all Rogers apps on a Moto G Play phone. I can log into Rogers fine on PC

Did you receive the Moto G Play directly from us or did you purchase it via a third party? Is your device fully up to date or running a custom firmware or OS?
