Is HomeConnect down? Suddenly can’t access anything, just get a “try again later” message.

Welcome to the Community!
We haven't been notified of any issues with the Ignite HomeConnect App so far. Typically clearing the app cache and uninstalling/reinstalling the app helps resolve such issues.
Let us know if you're still experiencing issues accessing the app.
