I was a previous customer and just recently reactivated my services and created a new profile, I’m just curious if it’s possible to delete my old one or if they are automatically deleted after an account is closed?

It used to be possible before, but things might have changed. you might want to call and ask.
If you were a previous customer, you can re-use your old myrogers profile with your new account, you just have to have the account number re-linked, often you might get a new account number so if u login and dont see any services its because your old account number is still linked
