When I go to the Crave icon on my SmartTV, I'm given the message, "To continue using Crave please update to the latest version of the app". Try as I might, I cannot make any sense of this and "Anna", the Rogers robotic "How can I help?" lady, is useless. I have a fully paid up subscription to Rogers. I am able to access Crave via Rogers website but I much prefer to view it on my TV as I've done for the past couple of years. And yes, I've tried restarting the cable box. Any ideas?

@JaimeN Crave is a Bell Media company and they are responsible for developing and shipping the Crave app. You would have to go to them for support, not Rogers.
