I appreciate you reinstalling Chromecast; it's a good troubleshooting step. Since we know Ignite TV app works with the other TV & Chromecast Gen 2 (NC2-6A5 is Gen 2), let's figure out the root cause of the app not working on the other TV.
Please plug the problematic Chromecast into the TV where the other Chromecast works. What's the outcome? Based on the result, we can proceed further with the next steps.

Thank you for joining our Community. It's not a pleasant experience when you can't see your new Google TV while casting through the Ignite TV app.
Have you checked for any pending updates on your new Google TV? This article may help - Chromecast and Google TV Streamer firmware versions and release notes.
Also, please ensure the device you are casting from and the TV are connected to the same WiFi network. They should both be connected to the 2.4G or the 5G network.
