HomeConnect app keeps looping back to the login screen (where you enter your email address) after typing in my password and attempting to log in. Any solutions?
Password is correct, if I enter incorrect password I do get a message telling me so.

The HomeConnect app is a great tool to manage and protect your home network and connected devices; it's disheartening that you can't access the app.
Can you access the MyRogers app on the same device? Do you see your Ignite account when you log in?
What's your device's model, OS version and the default browser? After entering the login credentials, the browser should authenticate and pass the session back to the app. A browser extension or popup/ad blocker may be the issue.
