Unable to sign in to Roger’s Ignite app

I've been around

I am beyond frustrated. I sign in to ignite using FaceID and/or my password and I receive an error message that “something has gone wrong”. Nothing I do is successful.

Issue 2 is that I cannot sign into my Yahoo email either, being sent into an endless circuit of answering security questions (always the same question despite having provided answers to several questions when I set up my account). Answer is never accepted and I have only ever had 1 pet! Help please!!!
