My smart home monitoring app suddenly is not letting me sign in. It’s been over a week now.
I log in and instead of taking me to the home page it says “Sorry there is a problem on our end. Thank you for your patience while we fix it.”
I’ve deleted app and reinstalled newest version
I have restarted my phone
My phone is the most updated iOS 16.3.1
Thanks for any guidance
