I've been around

How do i escalate the issue when 3 agents refuse to involve the supervisor.

Concentrix agents just pass me from one agent to another and wouldn't transfer the call to their supervisor or a real Rogers agent

Please provide us with more information on the nature of your billing issues. We want to help you in reaching a resolution but to do so, we'll need to know what services you have with us etc.

 

Sadly, I am not certain what the "Concentrix" agents have to do with your Rogers invoice, however, I'm sure you could help us clarify.
