desk top connection to ignite

I've been around

my desk top computer is connected by cable to the modem. when i check connections it states it on hold for 30 min. how do i turn off that hold or delay

  • Are you able to connect online via ethernet on your desktop or is it not working due to this issue?
  • You can try reseating the ethernet cable on both ends or try using a different ethernet cable to see if this issue clears up.
