Wifi has goes down all day everyday for the last 2 weeks. They sent a tech to my house 3 times and replaced the modem. Tech showed me on his phone that the signal is "flapping" 400 times a day. I work from home. This is unacceptable. The tech said it's coming from an outside box and maintanance needs to fix the issue. Now 3 weeks later and still no one has fixed the issue. The entire street has issues. I cannot speak to anyone hire up in Internet support. It's always the same outcome.
