I live in Scarborough in the M1C area and wanted to know when Rogers will be upgrading to the Fibre as we are still on coax lines going back 35 years here.

@Alex4161 You will be getting fibre when you see construction signs on your street advising residents that the Rogers network in your area is being upgraded. Rogers will also contact you (and place a "door hanger" on your front door) to obtain permission to dig on your property.
You can try contacting Rogers (e.g. by sending a private message to @CommunityHelps ) and ask them to check their construction schedule to see whether any upgrades are scheduled for your area.
You can also try contacting the Permits department for your municipality to see if any telecoms have applied for permits to lay fibre on your street/postal code.
If none of those show any indications of fibre coming to your area anytime soon, expect to remain on coax for the foreseeable future.
