I don't see anything on the modem itself that tells what each light means. Could someone direct me to the information or just list what each light is?
Also should any lights be blinking or should they all be solid? The light below the @ symbol seems to blink a fair bit.

@rye_encoke, here is a link to the CGN3 user manual which is still close enough to most of the CGN3xxx modems that its still a useful document.

See pages 19-21 of the pdf link in post 2 of this thread. All the lights are explained there. Let us know if this is not what you're looking for and please don't hesitate to provide additional details regarding your question(s) with additional words.

What do all the lights mean on the front of rocket modem?

Hello, @elliottgosselin.
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums! 🙂
Thank you for posting your query in the Community. The top four lights Power, Us, Ds and Status on the Rocket modem are significant. They should be lit Green, Blue, Blue and Green respectively. The other lights show the status of LAN, Wireless and WPS.
For more details, you can check the modem's user guide posted in the solution post of the other thread.
Cheers,
RogersMoin

The first link doesn't go anywhere. We have a brand new Rocket Modem (Hitron?) . There are five lights on the front of it. The bottom light is always flashing. What does this mean?

@Cap07 here's a current link to a pdf CGN3 user manual:
http://www.carrytel.ca/download/cgn3.pdf
Have a look at pages 19 to 21.
For ethernet connected devices, look at the back of the modem, specifically the connected port LEDs. Flashing amber indicates a 1 Gb/s connection rate with the connected device. Flashing green indicates a 10/100 Mb/s connection rate with the connected device.
Here's the new Midco link;
This pdf is dated 08/2013, three months later than the Carrytel pdf.
