Secondary email with other @ (not rogers.com)

How do I add to send an only email which needs to add an outgoing server? for example, I am trying to send it from joe@joe. com

are you adding this non-rogers secondary email to your desktop email client (such as microsoft outlook) or are you trying to add it to the rogers webmail portal website that you login to read your rogers mail?
