Rogers Xfinity Internet 1.5 Gigabit upload speed

Does anyone knows the upload speed for this plan ? Rogers Xfinity Internet 1.5 Gigabit

It used to be 50mbps but now i am seeing higher speeds after Rogers rebranded to Xfinity ..

The plan usually states 50 Gbps up, however, some neighbourhoods are getting higher uploads - say 150-200 Gbps as they are able to handle it.  This has been discussed in several threads on this forum.  They don't change the stated upload in the plan even if you have the higher upload speeds available to you.    This has nothing to do with the name change and has been happening in various neighbourhoods for several years.

I physically switched from Bell to Rogers yesterday afternoon.  My Residential Service Agreement states the download speed is 1.5 Gbps and upload is 50 Mbps.  The reason for my switch is due to a new promotion since Xfinity has recently been rolled out in our neighbourhood.  I was also not satisfied with Koodo, and I was able to bundle Rogers cell plans with the internet plan.  Unlike Bell, which is a last-mile fibre solution (fibre into the home), Xfinity is fibre to the neighbourhood, but it is the coaxial cable from the premise (home) to the distribution point.  This upgrade removes the age old neighbourhood problem where network speeds are impacted by your neighbours using the same cable to the providers equipment.  The Xfinity wifi router is still branded as ignite, and that is not a problem because the changes are down the street, not in the home.

In switching from 1,5 Gb Bell Fibe, to 1.5 GB Xfinity, my Speed Test results (my Linux server runs a speedtest every 15 minutes and logs the results that are not deleted) show that the ping test takes about twice the time (6-9ms to 14.02-16.57) to the Rogers node in my city, download speeds are about the same.  Bell Fibe upload is asymmetrical (1.5Gbs down, 940 up), and Xfinity is also asymmetrical (1.5Gbs down, 50 up).  My speedtest results on Xfinity so far who the upload minimum is 52.17MB, and the maximum is 55.76MB.  Jitter (variation in time delay) on upload and download has more than doubled to (16.44ms to 24.31 ms).

The increase in delay is not perceptible in my use.
