Rogers Ignite Modem Flashing Orange for 30 Minutes Around 10pm Every Night

Hi. My Rogers modem flashes orange every night at 10pm and my service goes completely offline for 30minites to an hour. This has severely impacted me. I play competitive online games in paid leagues and just had to forfeit a playoff match because my service just went offline at 10pm. Super fed up.

How long have you noticed this issue ongoing where the modem is going offline at 10 p.m. every night? Do you lose connection at any other time of the day? Since you last posted, have you still noticed any disconnections?
