Intermittent home internet in Toronto for the past couple of days. Please fix. Thx

Intermittent Internet can be disruptive. To better understand the problem, we need more information:

• Are you experiencing the intermittency only with WiFi devices?
• When the connection drops, is your modem rebooting?
• If you have Rogers Xfinity TV, do the Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box(es) remain online?
