Deleted message from sent mail - restore?

This morning I noticed all my sent messages from 2022, 2023 and 2024 have been deleted.  I do not recall deleting these messages.  Can they be restored and how I do this.  Thank you.

I understand that the loss of your sent emails could be catastrophic, you have my sympathies. 

Are you logging into your emails directly through our webmail or are you using an email program like Outlook?

Unless you've personally created backups of your emails, there is regretfully no way for us to restore them.
