Been having issues with this model and restarting every other day due to tv channels going black, yes have replaced hdmi, issues with internet latency and speed issues. Have tried to get a hold of techs and always such long wait wan never hear back. What can I do to have a new modem sent to house? Or rep come and switch it out?

The issue may not be related to the modem; however, we can run a few tests to determine the root cause of the problem.
