We know how important it is to be able to use the apps to manage your Internet and TV service.
Do you see your Ignite TV and Internet service when logging into to your MyRogers profile on the app or website?
As long as your Ignite services are appearing in your MyRogers profile the apps should be working. Please ensure that you are using the same login information that is used for your MyRogers profile and try logging in again.
Let us know if issues are persistent.
