I have the 500mbps rogers internet. I've had Rogers internet for a very long time and never had an issue like this before now. 2 weeks ago my internet from ~midnight until ~8am, my internet speeds are inconsistent and for the most part, absolutely unusable. Goes from 500+ mbps download speed during the day to constantly spiking to 0.1 mbps every 10 seconds and i find myself unable to do anything. Nothing has changed on my end for this to start happening and since the issue has begun I've factory reset my ignite router multiple times as well as unplugging it for 16+ hours and nothing has been fixed. Not sure what to do.

Same problem on the 1.5gb plan. Speed goes from 946mb download to 0.1mb between 12am - 8am. Called Rogers and issue hasn't been resolved in over 3 months. Greater Toronto Area.

I understand that slow Internet speeds can be extremely disruptive. If it's happening consistently every night at a specific time, that may indicate some sort of interference or congestion occurring on the network.
