We absolutely did post about the Pokemouche outage at 11:51 AM on Friday here on our forums. We keep outage information posted there until the next morning after an outage is concluded, at which point we archive it.
You can find information on active outages posted here: Rogers Service Interruptions - Rogers Community

I did see the NB outage listed on this forum's Service Interruptions page as mentioned above. I didn't click the link to follow the updates, but I do like being able to see where some of the outages are, without having to use other complicated methods that just confuse me more.
Once an outage is Major enough to appear on the tech support phone line recorded message, it also appears on the Service Interruptions forum thread.
If your email is part of your Rogers account, you should receive email updates (like I did during my recent outage in Toronto). When I phoned tech support, I chose the option to get a call once the outage was over, but that call came several hours after my tv service problem was fixed (although that doesn't mean that everybody else in my area had been fully restored at the same time).
I also like to check other websites for outage info, like "Is the Service Down", and then scroll down to the more up-to-the-minute posts that come from @rogershelps.
Lately, I noticed that many Ottawa subscribers seem to be complaining the most about outages that keep reoccurring, or go on for too long.
Perhaps Hudson & Rex (Rex is a TV Police dog) will further investigate this recent NB outage.🚓🚔
