Internet Service Interruption: Ottawa, ON

My internet hasn't been working all morning. I'm located in Ottawa. Is anyone else in the area having issues?

I had a lengthy outage the night of the 9th and 11th. There website said there was no outage but a recording on the phone said there. I couldn’t why this was happening a second time because customer service was closed. Worst internet service I ever experienced.
