Hello,
For the past month I have not been able to play online games at all as I would suffer lag spikes. In Call of Duty It shows a "Pack Burst" message and the game stutters every few seconds repeatedly. This happens on both PS5 and PC, but did not occur in off-hours like 7:30am in Monday morning.
This tells me that it is a service issue, since the only reason it's smooth in early mornings (like Sunday at 9am) and not afternoons when I come back from work (Weekday at 5pm), would have to be because of rogers not providing a quality connection in peak hours.

@tg787 Are you performing any speed tests (or any other performance tests) on your Internet connection while you are gaming? Asking because doing such a thing (especially testing your upload speeds or testing for bufferbloat, even using a different computer in your home) will introduce huge latency spikes on your link.

No I'm not. All I'm doing is playing the game, here is a buffer float from different times of day. I also added the photo of the message.
