So, we've been having intermittent outages in our area for the past few months - some days good, some days bad - always microdrops of 1-2 minutes. Just long enough to break a WFH meeting or knock you out of a game.
I've raised this with tech support, but they stated that nothing was showing up in the modem's logs.
From other posts on this forum, though, I think I may have been able to track down the issue by looking through the modem analytics. Is there a way that I'm able to resolve this many uncorrectable codewords? Other posts suggest this should be 0, or close to 0, but I'm seeing it numbering in the hundreds of thousands across a few channels.

Things tried so far:
* rebooting modem, including a lengthy cold boot
* rebooting home network
* customer support call
Our system is set up in bridge mode, with an ASUS mesh network. We're supposed to be on 1.5Gbps service, so there shouldn't be bandwidth problems causing these outages.

Good afternoon @baltman2,
Microdisconnects can be frustrating and difficult to diagnose.
I'd like to take a look at the case history to see our previous findings before suggesting any troubleshooting. Please feel free to send a private message to @CommunityHelps so we can assist you further. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, you can find out more here.
Regards,
RogersCorey
