Ignite Wifi Hub App reinstall prompting to reconfigure the entire network

I configured my wireless network 2 years ago, with multiple SSIDs, plus other configurations. I have a new phone so I had to install the Ignite app again, yet after I sign in with my Rogers account, while connect to my home wifi, there are no settings, not even my existing network. It wants me to go through the entire setup again thus REconfiguring everything.
I talked to 2 peoples on the phone, chat and FB messenger support and all are telling me I have to reconfigure anytime I reinstall the app. This is positively absurd. I do NOT want to change ANYTHING and simply want to access my home wifi on the app again.
Why doesn't the app know that it's already setup when I log in and connect to my existing wifi??

Thank you you for posting your concern to the community.
I can imagine how frustrating it is having to reconfigure your network. Were you using the Ignite WiFi app on your previous device or was it used just to setup the network and you stopped using it?
