Ignite WiFi Gateway Modem (Gen3) - XB8 - Unable to choose WPA2 option

Help,
The option to choose "Security Mode" WPA2 under Private Wifi-Setting is greyed out.
I need the setting to be WPA2, it is set by default for WPA3
How can I change it???

Unfortunately, we are locked out from making any changes to our Wi-Fi settings on the Ignite Gateway.  However, Rogers tech support should be able to do this for you.  For stability reasons, they will likely also need to disable the 6 GHz radio.

Just out of curiosity, what problems are you experiencing that you would want to downgrade the Wi-Fi security from "WPA3-Personal Transition" to "WPA2"?  With the default settings, Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 6 devices should be able to connect to the XB8... although some really, really old Wi-Fi devices might still not be able to see the XB8's Wi-Fi networks and if that is the case, you might need to change to an XB7 gateway.
