Greetings!

Here are the instructions for logging into the modem directly. However, we recommend that you control your modem with our HomeConnect app.

Signing In

  1. While connected to your WiFi network, open an internet browser on your computer or device.
  2. Enter https://10.0.0.1 and hit Enter.
    • Your browser may give you a warning about the SSL certificate. To bypass the message:
      • Chrome: Click Advanced and then Proceed to 10.0.0.1 (unsafe)
      • Edge: Click Advanced then Proceed to 10.0.0.1 (unsafe)
      • Firefox: Click Advanced then Accept the Risk and Continue
      • Safari: Click Show details and then visit this website.
  3. Sign in with the following credentials:
    • Username: Admin
    • Password: The default is password
    • You’ll be prompted to change your password the first time you log in. If you’ve already changed it, enter your personal Admin password.
    • If you've forgotten the password or can't login, factory reset your device.

Regards,

RogersCorey

Just adding to the above...

Try connecting to http://10.0.0.1/

This will not be a secure, encrypted connection but if you are just logging in from your in-home network, this is fine.  Modern browsers should not try to upgrade this to a secure connection but if they do, follow the instructions in @RogersCorey 's post to connect.

The default username and password are admin and password.  I don't think that the username is case-sensitive but the password is.

As Corey pointed out, when you connect for the first time, you will be prompted to set a new admin password.  If you are unable to log in, check to see whether anybody else in your home had previously logged in and changed the password.

The only way to reset your admin password back to the default is to perform a factory reset.  You can then re-do the basic setup with your computer's web browser, and it is easier to do this if your computer is Ethernet-connected.
