Long on-going issue. I can receive my e-mails. I can read my e-mails. However, if I want to forward or reply to any e-mail, the body of text turns into mushy gobblegook. It looks to be all of the coding for the page. So I end up with half of my name, coding instructions for half a page, the rest of my name. Needless to say this is unsatisfactory. I can't decipher any of it. Someone else must have had this problem. Please help.

Good day @debguay,
Welcome to the Rogers Community!
If you're having trouble with Rogers Yahoo! Mail, you can visit Rogers Yahoo! Mail support for help with most issues.
To solve problems when using your email from a web browser it could be caused by its browsing cache and cookies. See below for troubleshooting and how to do so :

Don't have Yahoo. This does not address my issue. Thanks anyway. Any other guesses?

I have the following comments/questions.
1. If you have an XXX@rogers.com e-mail address, then you are using Yahoo!. Rogers uses Rogers/Yahoo! email servers.
2. You didn't state how you access your e-mail - there are several ways.
Webmail via a browser on a computer or device?
Using an app on a device like a phone or tablet?
Using an e-mail client like Outlook or Thunderbird on a computer?
The troubleshooting you do would depend on how you access.

I us both a web browser (Chrome) and a tablet (Google). Problem is the same on both. I use shaw.ca so I guess I'm likely hooked up with Roger (Yahoo). If I'm run through Rogers (?) I'll attempt your earlier suggestion.
