How to report vandalism to outdoor Rogers Infrastructure?

Anyone know how to reach Rogers Operations staff? I have one of their large outdoor cabinets on my property and it has been broken into with people trying to steal wiring and internet equipment. The Rogers website doesn't clearly give any information on how to report these matters.

Have you tried calling customer service? and placing the ticket /complaint with them? usually these operations staff do not have a number for the public and get their trouble  tickets  thru the normal customer service department.
