How does my signal look? Tech coming

ddddeed2
I've been here awhile

I've been having problems with my legacy tv as I guess it is called.  CNN never comes on, other channels above sometimes come on, often are "black screen" but the Guide is visable.   Thisis my modem, I'm not sure how to see my TV levels.

Your signal is low. The signal strength should be around zero and the S/N ratio should be well over 30 with 35-38 being good.  That said, you've measured the signal at the modem. What you need to do is measure the signal at the TV box.  Here's an FAQ on that topic:

How you measure depends on the make/model of the box, but they are all covered in the FAQ.  Good Luck.
