My old Hitron CODA-4582 was shutting down and dropping wifi. I went through tech support and ended up with a new Hitron CODA-4582. It will not connect to the service. I can hook up the old one and it will connect without issue but wifi not working. I'm going to assume firmware. I have been through several threads here but do not see a link to update firmware (download). Any suggestions? I have a current help ticket but it has been a few days and no contact from Rogers.
Thanks,
Terence

Greetings @eliannasdaddy!
Your firmware should be automatically updated without any intervention or additional input required from us or the end user. I do not suspect this to be firmware related as a result.
I'd like to investigate this matter further and take a look at the notes linking to that help ticket. Feel free to send a private message to @CommunityHelps so we can assist you further. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, you can find out more here.
